A Love for Classic Cars

From the roaring engines of airplanes to the sturdy designs of civil engineering structures, and the sleek aesthetics of motor vehicles, my passion for engineering has always been a central part of my life. It's this deep-rooted connection that has driven my career in the motor industry and nurtured my love for classic motor vehicles. Over the years, this fascination has evolved into a profound appreciation for British heritage vehicles, leading me to acquire a modest yet cherished collection.

The Collection: A Legacy of British Engineering

My journey into the world of classic cars has been a rewarding one, marked by the acquisition of several iconic models that not only showcase engineering excellence but also embody the spirit of their times:

- 1936 Morris 8: A true pioneer of the pre-war era, embodying simplicity and reliability.

- 1947 Morris 8 Series E: Post-war elegance and improved engineering, reflecting the resilience and innovation of its time.

- 1954 Wolseley 4/44: A vehicle that combines luxury with performance, offering a glimpse into the sophisticated automotive designs of the mid-20th century.

- 1964 Wolseley 1500: Compact yet powerful, this model represents the transition in automotive design during the 1960s.

- 1974 MGB Roadster: The epitome of British sports car design, famous for its charm and spirited performance.

Sharing the Passion: Events and Rallies

My philosophy in events and with cars is simple: let people enjoy them. There's a unique joy in sharing the beauty and history of these vehicles with others, which is why I actively participate in car shows and rallies. These events are not just about showcasing cars; they are gatherings that celebrate history, craftsmanship, and community spirit.

One of the highlights of my year is collaborating with the Goodwood Road Racing Club (GRRC) at the Goodwood Revival Festival. This event isn't just another entry in the calendar; it's a vibrant celebration of vintage fashion, classic cars, and racing heritage. During this festival, I provide transport for guests, sharing stories and insights about my vehicles, which allows me to connect with fellow enthusiasts and curious onlookers alike.

Invitation to Connect

I am always eager to engage with others about my cars or the intricate world of classic vehicle restoration and preservation. I welcome your stories and inquiries—whether you're a seasoned collector, someone interested in beginning a restoration project, or just curious about the history behind these fascinating machines. I'm excited to hear from you and explore our shared passions or maybe bring one of these classics to your next event.

Events and classic cars have one significant thing in common: they bring people together. Whether it's through the shared admiration of a beautifully maintained 1936 Morris 8 or the communal excitement at a rally, these experiences remind us of the joys of sharing passions and creating connections.
